About Cell Safe

At Cell Safe, our company mission is to give families hope for longer, healthier lives. We see a day when saving cord blood stem cells will be a routine practice and stem cell therapy will be the first line treatment for many of today's incurable diseases and injuries.

Today we are creating a standard of practice where all families are empowered with information on the value of cord blood stem cells and provided with an informed choice.

Social Contribution

Cell Safe Cord Blood bank has participated in community service in collaboration with Cairo University Pediatric hospital blood disease unit, by storing the cord blood for four families having siblings suffering from Thalassemia major blood transfusion dependent. Cell Safe has performed a full genetic profile from the placental blood before delivery for the four families to make sure that the babies are disease free and compatible to their sick siblings. Once proved so, genetically Cell Safe performed cord blood sampling stem cells count and cryo preservation to the umbilical cord blood. The transplant team in collaboration with the pediatric hematologists in Cairo University is now preparing the patients for transplantation; all the expenses and expertise were donated by Cell safe.
